From a request email to a day-by-day proposal, the same day. A person reads, decides and presses send; the pipeline does the typing.

Three things nobody misses.
- Re-reading every request and scoring it by gut. Every request is summarised and scored the same way, with the reasons written down.
- Waiting days for the DMC before you can reply. The first reply goes out the same morning with a standard trip and an indicative price; the DMC is asked once, at booking.
- Rewriting the same proposal structure by hand. The call becomes a day-by-day draft, priced, with the open points flagged for a person.
